1. Customer Photo Deletion
Customers may request deletion of uploaded photos and generated try-on results by contacting privacy@seeitonyou.com. Where available, customers may also delete images directly through the try-on interface.
2. Merchant Data Deletion
Merchants may request deletion of account and app-related data by contacting support@seeitonyou.com. Some billing, security, and legal records may be retained where required.
3. Shopify App Uninstall
When a merchant uninstalls SeeItOnYou, we may receive a Shopify app uninstall event. Following uninstall, we will delete or anonymize store-related data according to applicable requirements and operational retention timelines.
4. Shopify Privacy Requests
SeeItOnYou supports Shopify-required privacy workflows, including customer data access and deletion requests where applicable.
5. Deletion Timeline
We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal, billing, security, fraud prevention, and operational requirements.

- Email address

- Description of the data you want deleted
